What is N.R.A.S?
The National Rental Affordability Scheme ('NRAS' or 'the Scheme') seeks to address the shortage of affordable rental accommodation by offering a National Rental Incentive (the 'Incentive') to providers of new rental dwellings. The Incentive is offered on the condition that dwellings are rented to eligible low and moderate income households at a rate at least 20 per cent below market rates. By requiring a reduction on market rent of at least 20 per cent, the Scheme substantially improves dweling affordability for tenants.

It is compulsory for all applicants to supply a copy of last years tax return when applying for an NRAS approved property to show evidence that you meet the above financial requirements.
DO YOU HAVE A POSITIVE AND RELIABLE RENTAL HISTORY?
A completed rental application must be submitted to the Managing Agency including personal, rental and professional references as well as 100 points of ID for consideration by the Landlord.
