Andrew Pennisi, born and raised in the Essendon district has grown up with real estate all around him, having watched his father build the company of which he is now a director.
Andrew started with Pennisi Real Estate as a junior while still completing his studies at Prahran College. In 1988 upon completion of his studies he joined Carlton firm, Judy Norton Property, as Senior Property Manager of over 200 Residential and Commercial properties. Two years later Andrew rejoined Pennisi Real Estate heading up their new Project Marketing Division.

- Gold Badge for sales performance. This award is based on client satisfaction and sales results, winners of this award produce sales results that would rank them in the top 3% of all agents in the country.
Andrew's community activities include sponsoring scholarships at Niddrie Secondary Collage, where he is a past student and former school council member, and is a member, sponsor and supporter of Essendon Rowing Club and Essendon Football Club. Andrew is also an AFL and MCG member and enjoys getting to the footy to see the Bombers whenever he can.
Andrew is a proud parent of three children Meg, James & Kate.

All the booklets giving advice on how to choose a real estate agent emphasise the need for trust rather than choosing the agent who gives you the highest price estimate.
